Shubhra Sachan obtained her M.Sc. in biotechnology at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. As a member of GRK 2467, she is currently working with the intrinsically disordered parathyroid hormone (PTH), which forms functional amyloids. She is interested in elucidating the IDR effects on amyloid formation of PTH. The main techniques involved in her work are NMR and aggregation assays.
