Lydia Kollhoff

Lydia Kollhoff holds a diploma degree in food chemistry from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. She started her PhD in 2021 on studying SARS-CoV-2 proteins by mass spectrometry (MS). She has developed a rapid and specific MS-based assay for SARS-CoV-2 diagnostics. She is also interested in studying the protein-protein interactions of SARS-CoV-2 nucleoprotein, which is an IDP, by different techniques of structural mass spectrometry (native MS, cross-linking MS and hydrogen-deuterium exchange MS).
