Steffen Lindert received his M.Sc. degree in physics at the University of Leipzig, Germany, in 2006 and his PhD in chemical and physical biology from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA. Since 2015, he is Assistant Professor at Ohio State University at Columbus, OH, USA.
